Dr. Martin Hebel, music composition and theory faculty member in the Department of Music at the University of 杏吧直播间 Alabama, has released a new album. Half Silver is featured on 鈥淥rchestral Masters Vol. 11鈥 from Ablaze Records, and was released earlier this month.
Student Counseling Services, part of the Health and Well-Being collective at the University of 杏吧直播间 Alabama, has partnered with Active Minds to host Send Silence Packing, an exhibit that has traveled the country to end the silence that surrounds mental health and suicide and connect the campus community with resources for support and action.

Light the Fountain, this year presented by Chick-fil-A, is the beloved annual spring event at the University of 杏吧直播间 Alabama; it returns for a ninth year Thursday. The event, which includes food, music, fireworks, and giveaways, will kick off at 4 p.m. with a variety of food trucks and entertainment. The official program will begin at 6:30 p.m.

Sonceria Ann Berry, who graduated from the University of 杏吧直播间 Alabama in 1978, has been confirmed by the Alabama Senate to fill the Board of Trustees seat currently held by Dr. Wendell Gunn, who did not desire to seek reappointment. The final confirmation took place in Montgomery on Thursday morning, and Berry鈥檚 six-year term will begin in July.
