Assignment Change Request Form

Before submitting this form, please read the following information:

  • The submission of an assignment change request does not guarantee approval. Spaces are extremely limited in most locations
  • Fall assignment change requests will be reviewed August 26th-28th and all moves will conclude September 4th.
  • Spring assignment change requests will be reviewed January 13th-15th and all moves will conclude January 22nd.
